ZJK-SP 新型漏水繼電器

概述：

潛水泵漏水保護(hù)繼電器又稱(chēng)小型綜合保護(hù)器是專(zhuān)門(mén)用于檢測(cè)潛水泵內(nèi)水靈敏度的電阻及電機(jī)溫度信號(hào)。傳感器使用電極傳感器，當(dāng)泵體內(nèi)出現(xiàn)漏水情況時(shí)或溫度不正常時(shí)，控制繼電器會(huì)發(fā)出相應(yīng)的控制信號(hào)，以便工作人員對(duì)水泵漏水進(jìn)行處理?？刂破髟诰€(xiàn)路設(shè)計(jì)上采取了一系列的抗干擾措施，可以在電磁干擾十分嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境中可靠工作。

功能：

  繼電器用于檢測(cè)潛水泵內(nèi)水靈敏度的電阻及繞組溫度信號(hào)（PTC或溫度開(kāi)關(guān)）。當(dāng)檢測(cè)到潛水泵內(nèi)水靈敏度的電阻低于給定值時(shí)，繼電器動(dòng)作；在斷電檢查排除故障重新通電后繼電器繼續(xù)恢復(fù)工作，當(dāng)檢測(cè)到溫度信號(hào)為開(kāi)點(diǎn)信號(hào)或電阻很大時(shí)報(bào)警，同時(shí)繼電器動(dòng)作。

   正常時(shí)，故障信號(hào)輸出為常閉信號(hào)（注意：標(biāo)配為常閉，常開(kāi)信號(hào)需定制），當(dāng)電源斷開(kāi)或輸入信號(hào)故障時(shí)，常閉信號(hào)變?yōu)槌ｉ_(kāi)信號(hào)。

可以分別顯示報(bào)警類(lèi)型，同時(shí)可以手動(dòng)復(fù)位故障。

水靈敏度電阻根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定，用戶(hù)有特殊需要可以提前聯(lián)系。

本繼電器電路簡(jiǎn)單，體積小，重量輕，耗功小，穩(wěn)定性高，而且采用電子管插入式結(jié)構(gòu)，維修方便。

Description:

The submersible pump leakage protection relay, also known as small integrated protection is designed for detecting water sensitivity resistance and motor temperature signal. The sensor is electrode sensor,When the pump body leaks or temperature is not normal, relays will issue a corresponding signal, so that the staff can process the pump leakage. The controller has taken a series of anti-jamming measures on the circuit design, can work reliably in grave electromag-netic interference environment.

Function:

The relay is used to detect the water sensitivity resistance and winding temperature signal (PTC or temperature switch) of submersible pumps. When the detection resistance is lower than the given value, the relay act; please turn off the power to exclude the fault ,then power on relay continue to work, when the temperature signal is open or the resistance is very large, it will alarm while relay act. Normal, the fault signal is closed; it's open when power off or the input signal fault.

Show the alarm type, you can reset the fault manually.

The water sensitivity resistance is set according to standard. Users with special needs can cont-act in advance.

The relay has the following advantages: simple circuit, small size, light weight, small power co-nsumption, high stability, and using plug-in structure which is easy for maintenance.
